    Egyszerű, gyorsan elkészíthető vendégváró. Kezdő háziasszonyok is bátran vágjanak bele:) Friss idény gyümölccsel, melyet a túróba forgatunk, még fokozható lenne az élvezet………most simán készítettem. A receptet még réges-régen a szomszédasszonyomtól kaptam, egy sajtfecnin van meg nekem, melyet végre elektronikusan is eltárolok az utókornak:) Hozzávalók: 11 evőkanál kristálycukor, 11 evőkanál étolaj, 15 evőkanál tej, 15 evőkanál liszt, 2 evőkanál kakaópor, 4 tojás, 1 csomag sütőpor. 1/4 kg túró, 15 dkg cukor, 1 vaníliás cukor, 4 ek gríz, reszelt citromhéj Elkészítése: 3 tojás sárgáját a cukorral habosra keverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a többi hozzávalókat.     Egy gyors kevert süti a hétköznapokra. Hozzávalók:A kuglófhoz: 25 dkg vaj, 25 dkg túró, 25 dkg liszt, 2 tojás, 15 dkg cukor, 1 cs. sütőpor, 1 citrom héja reszelve, mazsola (kihagyható), 3 ek. kakaó , 1 tk. őrölt fahéj A bevonáshoz: 1 tábla tortabevonó csoki és cukorka-reszelék.     Ez a recept Alíz konyhájából való, igazából süteményre van kitalálva, de én elkészítettem torta formában is barátnőm születésnapjára. Mivel épp akkor több tortát is kellett készítenem, ezért ezt a bevált és igazán egyszerű, ugyanakkor nagyon-nagyon finom süteményt ültettem át tortára.
