    Itt a kakukktojás bejegyzés, hiszen az én blogom elsősorban az édességekről,  tortákról szól. Most azért teszek kivételt, mert egy igazán finom pitét sikerült összedobnom vacsira nemrégiben, és mivel pite az alapja úgy gondolom létjogosultságot nyert bebocsájtásra a blogra. Kezdek beleszeretni a pitékbe asszem 🙂   Pizza pite Pitetészta hozzávalók: 26 cm piteformához 150 gr. finomliszt, 75 gr. teljes kiőrlésű liszt, 100 gr. vaj, 1 tk. só, 1 egész tojás, 1 ek. tejföl A tészta hozzávalóit összegyúrom, majd 1/2 órára beteszem a hűtőbe, hogy a vaj kissé visszadermedjen. Majd a kivajazott- lisztezett piteformába nyomkodom, úgy, hogy az oldalára is felhúzgálom. Villával megszurkálom és 10 percre az előmelegített sütőbe teszem. Töltelék:  1…

    Még sohasem sütöttem pitét, nem is értem, hogyan maradt ki eddig az életemből. Még karácsonyra kaptam ezt a yenai pite-formát, de a felavatása eddig váratott magára.  Keresgélve a neten, sok-sok pite receptet találtam is, de ez tetszett meg a legjobban. Az eredeti receptet a Troll a konyhámban blogban olvashatjátok, ott áfonyával készült. Benézve a fagyasztómba találtam még nyárról, a saját kertből származó szedret, így én azzal készítettem, némi málnával édesítve az összhangot. Húúú, ez mennyei lett……..és ismétlést is kíván gyorsan.
