    iPhone a tortán – némi kalocsai beütéssel

    No, ez sem mai darab a fotón lévő dátum tanulsága szerint. Sokat tanakodtam is, hogy egyáltalán megmutassam-e nektek, mivel az akkori hőhullám hatására nem lett a legremekebb munkám. Aztán a héten elszállt a winchesterem, és ezt intő jelnek éreztem……….inkább felteszem az utókornak, hiszen ez is tortafejlődésem egy állomását jelenti. A torta egy konkrét elképzelés alapján készült, melyhez kaptam egy skiccet is, mi hogyan helyezkedjen el a rajta. Aztán sok-sok egyeztetés után, és főleg a 40 fokos ( lakásban 29,5) hőmérsékletre való tekintettel próbáltam meg is valósítani az elképzelést.  Szinte 5 percenként kellett a tortát hűteni a meleg miatt, és még így is kihullámosodott a széle:( A tanulságokat levonva, amikor épp…

    PiciJuci: pink virág Last minit torta……. Kaptam hozzá egy skiccet, felülről és oldalról lerajzolva a tortát, tehát nem kellett sokat törnöm a fejemet a megvalósításon. A szín is adott volt: pink-rózsaszín, a sárgát már én tettem hozzá, hogy az évszám (28, a szeme a 8 ha nem látnátok) hangsúlyt kapjon. Imádtam-imádom. PiciJuci: pink virág Sima piskóta, isteni tejszínes gesztenyekrémmel töltve.

    Tavalyi elmaradásomat pótolom ……..2011. utolsó tortája volt ez karácsony előtt néhány nappal. PiciJuci: nagykorúsági torta v4.0 Ezt a tortát már a srác 17. szülinapjára szerette volna az édesanyja elkészíttetni velem, de lebeszéltem akkor róla……………várjuk meg vele a 18. szülinapot.  Tehát ha úgy veszem már 1 évvel ezelőtt meg lett rendelve…..és ez nem is változott meg. Ha már lúd legyen legyen kövér……………vérszemet kaptam, és elővettem a tüzes vöröset, valamint a mézes szilvapálinkámat, amit a cicik rejtenek, természetesen kinder tojás üres belsejébe rejtve. PiciJuci: nagykorúsági torta v4.0 A család nagy kedvence a gesztenyekrém, így a töltelék nem is volt kérdéses. Mint a visszajelzésből megtudtam, az immáron nagykorú Krisz ezt kért még reggelire…

    Anya én hercegnős tortát kérek, én pedig sárkányosat….

    Elérkezett a napja a két kisebbik gyerkőcünk közös szülinapi bulijához. Már hetek óta bombáznak az ötleteikkel ki milyen tortát kér. Ilyen az, amikor a szülő megfertőzi a “tortalázzal” a gyermekét is:) Amikor meglátott a fiam egy forma 1-es tortát akkor olyat kért, amikor a pici lány Hello Kitty-s tortát látott akkor épp olyat. Aztán lassan kialakultak a végleges kérések. Anya én hercegnős tortát kérek, de rózsaszín legyen! Anya én olyan tortát kérek amin sárkány van! Anya pedig a két kérést ötvözve megálmodta ezt a várat, ahol a sárkány épp lopakodik a hercegnő felé, aki mit sem sejtve csücsül a híd mellett -ahol nincs is víz:) A figura készítés nagy szerelem…
