5. házassági évfordulóra készült unokatestvéremnek, melyet Drága Nagynéném vitt ajándékba nekik.
Mivel 19-én volt a nagyobbik gyerkőc 2. születésnapja, 20-án pedig a házassági érforduló, így azt kérte Anikó nagynéném, hogy ne legyen nagy, mivel úgy is lesz szülinapi torta is ,de azt nem én készítettem:(
Nos, ismét megállapítottam magamnak, hogy nem tudok kicsi tortát készíteni, vagy ami nekem nem nagy, azt más annak lát. Sebaj, csak elfogyott…………mert belül igazán izgalmas tölteléket kapott ám.
Megsúgom, hogy azért a kis szülinapost sem hagytam torta nélkül……….nehogymááááá

12 tojásnak megfelelő vizes-kakaós piskóta közé a következő töltelék került:
az egyik krém réteg a jól bevált kókuszkrémem , a másik réteg pedig 4 dl tejszínben felfőzött ét- és tejcsokis ganache.
Mivel a burkolt torta túl édes nekik, így inkább tejszínes borítást tettem rá, némi virág-gyűrű díszítéssel.
