    Egy kissé szomorkás alakalomból készült ez a kísérleti prototípus. Kedves Gabi kolléganőnk egy másik városban folytatja munkáját, és az Ő búcsúztatjára készült  Nagyon fincsire sikerül, ajánlom az elkészítését, gyümölcsös, krémes, habos 🙂 Kínai ötfűszeres boros körtertorta ez egy nagyobb 16 szeletes szív alakú  tortaformára szabott adag Hozzávalók  Piskóta: 3 tojásból készült kakaós – Kiskukta féle-  piskóta Körtekrém:  800 gr értett lédús körte, 1.5 dl száraz fehérbor, 1.5 dl víz,1 tk. kínai ötfűszer, 3 ek. fruktóz (vagy cukor), 3 ek. étkezési keményítő 800 gr. körtét megpucolok, kisebb kockákra vágok. Ebből a mennyiségből  kivettem 2 körtényit (mielőtt az összeset összevágtam) és botmixerrel turmixoltam. A fehérbort a vizzzel és a leturmixolt körtével valamint…

    Mai kísérletezésem eredménye ez a gyors pohárkrém, ismét a maradék piskóta felhasználására egy ötlet. Gyorsan le is kalapálom ide, mert holnapra már elfelejtem hogyan is készítettem el:) Gyömbéres -körte pohárkrém Maradék piskóta a pohár aljára halmozva A krém:2 közepes körte1 kk fahéj1 kk. gyömbérpor2-3 ek cukor2 ek étkezési keményítő1 dl tejszínzselatinfix (ha szükséges) A körtét meghámoztam, kisebb darabokra vágva annyi vízzel tettem fel párolni ami épp ellepi, hozzáadtam a cukrot a fahéjat és a gyömbért. Inkább kevesebb vizet használjunk, mert a körte is enged még.Miután megpuhult a körte botmixerrel pürésítettem és az étkezési keményítővel besűrítettem, majd kihűtöttem.A keményre felvert tejszínnel lágyítottam, ha nem elég sűrű akkor itt még adhatunk hozzá…
