Mákos kókuszcsók

A megmaradt tojásfehérjék nálunk vagy  Rákóczi túrós tetején végzik, vagy kókuszcsók formájában. A szokásos kókuszcsókot most egy kis mákkal is felturbóztam, sokkal finomabb lett, jobb tartása is lett, ízre is nagyon bejött a családnak. 
Arra figyeljünk, hogy másnapra puhul meg……sőt minél tovább áll annál puhább lesz.

Mákos kókuszcsók

Hozzávalók:

3 tojás fehérje habbá verve, 20 dkg porcukor, 1 cs. vanílliás cukor,  20 dkg kókuszreszelék, 5 dkg darált mák

 Elkészítése:

1/ A porcukrot kimérem, beleszórom a vaníliásat is.

2/ Felverem majdnem keményre a tojásfehérjét és a végén szépen beleadagolom a cukros keveréket, ezzel is verem még

3/ Belekeverem a kókuszreszeléket és a mákot ezzel szépen eldolgozom, hogy egyenletes masszát kapjak. Akkor jó ha nem marad folyós, ha igen akkor még kókusszal lehet sűríteni.

4/  Két nagyobb tepsibe sütőpapírt teszek, és két teáskanál segítségével kis halmokat rakok, egymástól kb. 5 cm távolságra.

5/ Előmelegített sütőben 150 fokon szárítom,  kb. 30 perc alatt megsül.

Előző nap készítsük el, mert másnapra puhul meg, sokáig eláll- ha marad belőle:)
